Your 4 Days desert tour from Fes to Marrakech begins with a pickup from your Fes hotel in the early morning, and you’ll embark on your journey across the breathtaking landscapes of Morocco. After leaving Fes we will make the first stop in the picturesque town of Ifrane, often called ‘Little Switzerland’ due to its lush landscapes and European-style buildings. Our journey continues into the world-renowned Cedar Forest, home to free-roaming Barbary apes. After that, we’ll pass through Zaida and Midelt, two excellent spots for a lunch break.

As we get closer to Ziz Valley, the scenery opens up to expansive vistas of palm trees and desert landscapes. We arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert, after a long but scenic drive. Here, you’ll experience a once-in-a-lifetime desert sunset while riding a camel across the Erg Chebbi dunes. At the end of the day, you’ll retire to a desert tent for a night of traditional Moroccan cuisine beneath the stars.

The second day is dedicated for exploring the desert region, we will visit nomadic settlements to learn about the Berber culture that has long thrived in the desert. Our next stop is Khamlia, a small town known for its Gnawa music. Here, you can enjoy a lively performance by local musicians. In the afternoon, you can choose to try sandboarding, hike the vast Erg Chebbi dunes, or simply relax and take in the stunning desert scenery. Your day concludes with overnight in desert hotel, where you can unwind beneath the twinkling stars after a full day of exploring the Sahara.

We leave the Sahara Desert today making our first stop of the day in the vibrant Rissani Market. Known for its lively colors and authentic Berber atmosphere, the market is a wonderful place to explore traditional arts and crafts, spices, and local products. Next, we’ll hit the road for the Todra Gorges, a breathtaking natural wonder famous for its stunning scenery and majestic cliffs. The gorges are perfect for leisurely riverbank strolls or short hikes. Afterward, we’ll continue to Boumalne Dades, a picturesque village nestled in the heart of the Dades Valley, surrounded by mountain ranges and valleys. Here, you can enjoy a hearty meal and rest before continuing your adventure.”

Our first stop on the last day of your trip is the stunning Rose Valley, with its beautiful vistas and fragrant rose gardens. Next, we head to Ouarzazate, known as the ‘Gateway to the Sahara,’ and famous for its Taourirt Kasbah. After Ouarzazate, we’ll visit Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most iconic kasbahs in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage site. This walled settlement, known for its breathtaking earthen architecture, has been featured in numerous films, including Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Following that, we’ll cross the High Atlas Mountains, enjoying the stunning scenery along the way. Your incredible desert adventure will come to an end when we arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon or evening.
