When you arrive in the evening, check into your riad and spend a quiet night in the medina, preparing to explore Fes’s historic sites the following day.

Today, take a half-day guided tour of the city’s rich history. Visit the UNESCO-listed medina and see prominent sites, including Al Quaraouiyine University, the Bou Inania Madrasa, and the tanneries. Walk through the busy souks and narrow streets, taking in the bustling atmosphere. After the tour, travel south toward Boulaajoul, passing through the beautiful Middle Atlas Mountains. Ifrane, often called “Little Switzerland” because of its alpine-style buildings, is a great place to stop. Azrou’s cedar woodlands are stunning and home to Barbary macaques. Arrive in Boulaajoul by night and unwind at your hotel.

Start your trip to Merzouga after breakfast in Boulaajoul. Drive through Midelt, the “capital of apples,” and then on to Zaida, a small village with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Continue to the Ziz Valley, known for its palm trees and steep cliffs, where you can enjoy the beauty of the oasis. You will pass through Erfoud, famous for its fossils and arid landscapes, by late afternoon, we reach Merzouga, where you will mount your camels and ride across the golden dunes at sunset, heading to your desert camp. Enjoy a wonderful dinner followed with Berber party around the fire.

Wake up early today to witness fabulous sunrise, followed with a delicious breakfast. Leave for  Rissani, a historic village with a lively market and traditional charm, continue on to Todra Gorge, where you’ll be amazed by the towering canyon walls and the crystal-clear river that flows through it. Take some time to wander along the riverbank and enjoy the beautiful scenery. In the afternoon, head toward Dades Valley, known for its stunning rock formations and picturesque oasis. Arrive in Dades Valley by nightfall, settle into your accommodation, and spend a peaceful night in nature, ready to explore further the following day.

After breakfast in Dades Valley, head to the Rose Valley, known for its beautiful scenery and fragrant rose farms. As you travel through the picturesque landscape, you’ll pass by traditional Berber settlements and arrive at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit the ancient kasbah, famous for its earthen construction and cinematic history. Afterward, cross the High Atlas Mountains and take in the stunning vistas from all sides. As you descend, you’ll catch a glimpse of the colorful city of Marrakech. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon, check into your riad, and enjoy your first night in this vibrant and fascinating city.

Visit Ben Youssef Medrasa a stunning example of Islamic architecture, where you can explore its beautiful courtyards and intricate features. Next, visit the Bahia Palace, famous for its lovely grounds and opulent chambers. After that, head to Jemaa el-Fna Square, bustling with life, where storytellers, singers, and food vendors create an amazing atmosphere.
